This product listing is for people who want an extra special one-off bag, with a printed/patterned fabric of their choosing. You will work with our friends at Dutchware Gear to print on a specific fabric type that works very well for our saddlebags. You will be involved in the design process (how we cut the printed fabric).
This is the only custom build we are offering. We no longer do solid color mixes. We have streamlined our store-offered selection to two color schemes. However, if you are willing to pay the extra fabric fee and our one-off-build fee, and you want something absolutely one-of-a-kind, we are happy to work with you.
We do not print the harnesses. Your harness color options are red, grey, electric blue or tiger stripe camo. The electric blue is a lesser denier than the others, so if your dog is extremely tough on gear, don't get the blue.

3. You need to order one yard of the 600 D polyester and have it shipped direct to us. 600D Polyester Printed - Print2Fabric | Dutchware Gear
4. Please leave any order notes specific to how you want the fabric cut, for example someone uploaded their own image of a map to be printed and they specifically wanted South Africa to be featured on the bag since they travel there. We will need specifics from you like do you want the back/rolling top panel of the bag to be the printed fabric or would you like it a solid color like light grey? Do you want the trapezoid piece a solid color or made of your printed fabric? Leave all of this information in "order notes" on this order form so that we have your details married with your actual order form.

Trekking Roll-top Pack Dimensions
The best way to know how a particular bag size will look on your dog is to cut out a piece of paper to one of the dimensions below and hold it up to your dog's chest with the leading edge positioned just behind the front leg.
Extra-Extra Small: recommended for dog weighing 8-15lb: 6" wide x 4" hang height x 2" thick
Extra Small: recommended for dog weighing 15-25lb: 7" wide x 4" hang height x 2" thick
Small Size: recommended for dog weighing 25-40lbs: 8" wide x 5" hang height x 2" thick.
Medium Size: recommended for dog weighing 40-60lb: 8" wide x 7" hang height x 3.5" thick.
Large Size: recommended for dog weighing 60-75lb: 9" wide x 7" hang height x 3.5" thick.
Extra Large: recommended for dog weighing 75lbs and up: 10" wide x 8" hang height x 3.5" thick.
Please use a flexible tailor's style tape measure. I prefer you use inches.
